Before my weight loss journey, I used food for comfort or because I felt like it was a waste if I didn’t finish my entire plate. I never workout out or even tried to go on walks.

I trained with Clemente April 2021-June 2022. From April 2021 to December 2021 I lost 40LBS! I learned to not use food as a weapon and instead make cardio apart as my responsibility outside the gym. We took a look at my calorie intake specifically focused on the Marcos and adjusted them to put me in a deficit in order to start losing weight; my main goal was to get healthy again to be able to play with my kids and go on walks without running out of breath.

While losing weight I gained SO much muscle I hadn’t had since I was a teenager. My body felt so good and I was so confident in my clothes again and didn’t hide behind them.

What I really loved about the program designed specifically for me was the help of Clemente checking in on me even on non workout days to see how the eating and cardio were coming along. It helped me stay motivated by constantly being reminded the importance of keeping myself on track.

He understood how difficult it can be to break habits and was compassionate about reaching YOUR goal.

I am a full time working single mom of 3, & work in retail for a living. So my schedule is a little crazy sometimes & hard to maintain a healthy life style.

 

I first came to Clemente after I had my first daughter, and I was super self conscious and was a lot heavier than I ever had been.. it was some time after I had her but I was so embarrassed on how I looked. So I finally did something about it.
