In Phase 3 - Sustainable Reverse, I will show you how to not lose all the progress you’ve made and regress back to where you were.
Whether that’s keeping the 10-40lbs of body fat off or maintaining the lean muscle, strength and physique you’ve built we’ll slowly and methodically increase the amount of food you’re eating if you’re on body fat loss journey or a giving you more energy to train harder and feel better daily all while not gaining any excess body fat or weight back or losing the muscle.
At the end of this phase you’ll be eating much more calories than when you started Phase 1. You’ll be stronger, leaner, with lower body fat, healthier, have more energy, and personal knowledge in to sustain your results.
