In Phase 2 - Progressive Intensity we increase the intensity of the nutrition & training program.
Now that we have a set baseline and or reset of your metabolism from Phase 1, we can make very accurate and efficient adjustments to produce more results and reach your goal.
At the end of Phase 2 you will have reached your goal, but it’s not over yet.
Reaching your goal is only part of process, maintaining your results is the final part that unfortunately many people aren’t taught or know how to achieve.
