Phase 1 - Metabolism Reset
In Phase 1 - Metabolism Reset, we are focused on consistency and completion of our plan of action to establish a baseline of your metabolism.
During this phase you maybe eating more or less food than you previously were eating depending on your starting point. By eating the set food targets per day we’re able to see if there’s any gut issues that need to be addressed, hunger, satiation, energy levels and make modifications to food portions etc.
You’ll be tracking and getting in the workouts and cardio programmed per day and week.
You’ll also be checking in with me for feedback and assistance with anything that might need to be adjusted or helped executing as programmed for consistency.
By being consistent with the set plan of action I am able to see how your body is adjusting as well as establishing and resetting your baseline metabolism through controlled food intake and set activity levels.
During this phase you may lose weight or gain depending on your goal and what exact approach we are taking to prep you for Phase 2.
You will see progress towards your goal at the end of Phase 1, but most of your progress/reaching your goal will come in Phase 2.
